Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
OHCANSA URBANA S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the personal data of the USER and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations for processing data are as follows:

• Sending advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other current or future electronic or physical means that allows us to make commercial communications. These communications will be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
• Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
• Processing requests, inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through the contact forms available on the website of the DATA CONTROLLER.
• Sending the online newsletter with updates, offers, and promotions related to our activities.

On what basis can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legally justified by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER’s consent: Sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
• By legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: Conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing requests at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?
We will retain your data for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, the data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or total destruction.

Who will we share your personal data with?

MANDATORY OR VOLUNTARY NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, the USER expressly and voluntarily agrees that their data is necessary to address their request. Including data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying any changes.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all requested data through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER’s needs.

In accordance with current data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the interested party and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS, and has provided the necessary information to enable them to exercise these rights.
