From our establishment we want to provide all available things so you can enjoy the most confortable stay posible, maintaining all health protocol and the required social distance.

For your convinience by providing us your email, you can tell us your personal information so that on arrival at the hotel, we only need to give you your room key to minimize your wait at reception.
You can also provide us your credit card information so that on your departure date, we will send the bill by email and you will be charged the total amount.
For any changes or questions, you can contact us in the same way.

We ask you to respect these times so we have sufficient time to prepare the room for the next guest.
In case of early arrival, please contact us and we will verify if it is possible on your arrival date.
Additionally, if you need to leave later the check-out time please contact us and we will offer our best options.
BREAKFAST:
Our restaurant is open for breakfast from 7 untiel 10.30hrs.
Currently, it has a limited capacity to respect the obligatory social distancing in Spain.

Remember, the capacity within each time slot is limited, so if you wish to have breakfast we ask that you inform reception of your desired time and we will confirm if it is available.
We ask you to arrive and leave on time, but we will be flexible whenever it is posible.

We have selected differnet types of breakfast with rates per person.
For a quick and efective service we ask you to inform us of your choice, number of people and time slot to our receptionists on your arrival day.
On the day and time of your service the breakfast will be ready for you and you will only have to order your drink selection.

Lunch and dinner at the hotel
This service is provided by Telepizza, if you want, we can order for you from reception.
It must be consumed inside your room and it is subject to the company´s established rules.
MINIBAR
All hotel rooms have a minibar. Currently, they are empty, but if you need to use it for personal use, we can provide you with a key. There is no additional cost.
GARAGE:
The hotel has an attached garage with direct access to the rooms. The cost is 15 euros.
The parking is two stories down and the access is difficult so if you have any doubts, we recommend you ask us and we will show you so you can decide if you want to use it.
We can inform you of nearby parking, both pay and free.
Vehicle Access on Saturnino Ulargui Street is restricted and controlled by security cameras.
To avoid a fine, you must Access the hotel by AVENIDA DE PORTUGAL, NUMBER 37( turn right), once you are at the hotel entrance you must check-in at reception, whether you are parking at the hotel or not. If you are not parking at he hotel, you must inform us while you are accessing the Street.
